Email Tracking

Email tracking is an integral part of our Grow services.  Being able to determine the origin of email leads allows you to allocate resources to the advertising that is bringing in the most ROI.  This is just another way we measure results and ensure your marketing program is successful.  There are two types of email tracking we offer, email lead tracking and newsletter tracking.

Email Lead Tracking
This form of tracking occurs when a visitor comes to your site and fills out an inquiry form or a contact email.  We make sure to collect all of the information needed to qualify the lead, without being intrusive.  This information may include, name, email address, phone number, company information, in addition to any other data that may be relevant. The method by which your visitor arrived at your site can also be tracked to help determine the conversion rates of traffics from various sources.

 
Email Marketing and Newsletter Tracking
This form of tracking involves measuring user activity once your newsletter or email blast is received.  We measure how many people opened the email (open rate), how many of those users clicked on the call to action (CTR, or Click Thru Rate) and what action they took on your site (Conversion Rate).  This information allows us to optimize your email marketing campaign to produce the most profitable results.
